Faridabad: A Muslim prisoner was killed inside a prison in the Bharatiya Janata Party-ruled Indian state of Haryana.
According to Global Mirror, the prisoner, Abdul Rehman, who was lodged in Neemla Jail in Faridabad district, was murdered within the prison premises, police said.
Indian police stated that the murder was allegedly carried out by another prisoner, Arun Chaudhry, a Hindu inmate who had recently been transferred to the facility from Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
