New Delhi: Engineer Rashid, member of Lok Sabha, lower house of Indian parliament, from Baramulla constituency in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, has demanded the restoration of snatched Article 370 and 35A by Bharatiya Janata Party government.
According to Global Mirror, the jailed Er Rashid, who was allowed to attend Indian parliament session, said Kashmiris want restoration of Article 370 and 35A and Indian government will have to be return it. He said nothing unconstitutional in demanding its return.
Everyone remember, once for all, Article 370 stands protection to every individual of occupied Jammu and Kashmir irrespective of caste, creed, colour, region or religion towards his/her right to protection of life, property, land, environment, job, education and health, he remarked.
